Masa Üstü Matkap, ucuna takılmış olan aparatın niteliğine göre plise sineklik tülünün veya plise perdenin delinmesi için kullanılır.

Plise sineklik tülü için normal matkap ucu yeterlidir.

Plise perdenin delinmesi için ise resimde görülen aparat gereklidir.
